  • and Cancer, the focus of my recent professional certification.
Needs that can’t be (and weren’t being) met at the big box, “public” & hard core body-building gyms or those 100% virtual/pre-recorded programs. Why did they choose me? Because I take the time to learn about and research the best approaches to meet their individual needs. What to do, but more importantly… …what NOT to do… ​ because it could exacerbate the issue, cause injury or even be life threatening. There is no “cookie cutter, one workout fits all” Even in my group classes I take into consideration all participants and provide appropriate options for each movement Most of my clients don’t focus on that elusive size 2 or being able to bench press their body weight. Most just want to be the healthiest, best feeling versions of themselves now. To be able to live their best life as normally as possible.
