I keep my studio small for a reason–so that I can meet each woman where she is in her wellness journey–including if she is dealing with chronic illness and create the perfect program just for her.
We will start with a short chat about YOUR unique needs & goals. Then you and I will determine TOGETHER if we are the best partnership to get you where you want and need to go.
- Step 2: Where are you now?
If we agree that working together as a team is the right path for your special journey we will schedule a full assessment.
During this session, we will:
Measure your range of motion and flexibility
Determine your abilities
Review current nutritional habits
Examine any other areas needed for you to meet your goals
This session will help me identify your strengths and identify how they match your goals, as well as where we need to focus to get you to where you want to be.
Step 3: Your Path to Wellness
Using all that you and I have learned from our first two sessions, I will prescribe the best path options to meet you where you are at and get you where you want to go.
And we will get moving!
